Privacy policy

This policy was updated on 10 September 2026 to reflect the rebuilt site and its consent-gated analytics. We're commissioning a full UK GDPR review by a qualified data protection adviser. If anything here looks inaccurate or unclear, please contact hello@fuse.cx.

1. Who we are

Fuse Growth Studio Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through fuse.cx. Contact us at hello@fuse.cx for data-related questions.

2. What we collect

  • Contact enquiries: name, email, company, optional phone number, area of interest, referral source, message and contact consent.
  • Attribution attached to an enquiry: UTM parameters, referring site, landing page and the page from which the enquiry was sent.
  • If you accept analytics, website usage information such as page views, interactions and session information may be collected by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog.
  • We do not ask for payment details or special category personal data through the website contact form.

3. Why we collect it

  • Contact enquiries are used to respond to your request and manage the resulting business relationship.
  • Analytics are used to understand what is useful, diagnose website problems and improve fuse.cx. The rebuilt site asks for your choice before these analytics tools are loaded.
  • You can continue to use the site if you decline analytics.

4. Who we share it with

  • Attio: our CRM, used to store and manage service enquiries.
  • Slack: a private internal notification may be generated when a new enquiry arrives.
  • Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog: used only after analytics consent is accepted on the site.
  • Vercel and other infrastructure providers may process technical information required to serve and secure the website.
  • We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Business enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably required for the relationship, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Analytics providers have their own configurable retention settings. You can contact hello@fuse.cx to ask about, correct or request deletion of personal data we hold.

6. Your rights

  • Access personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to erase data where applicable.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
  • Request portability where applicable.

To exercise your rights, email hello@fuse.cx. We will respond in line with applicable data protection law.

7. Cookies and analytics choices

  • The site stores your analytics preference so we do not ask on every page.
  • Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog are not intentionally initialised until you accept analytics through the site's consent control.
  • No advertising cookies are intentionally used by Fuse on this site.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal data improperly, you can contact us first at hello@fuse.cx. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices change. The most recent update was 10 September 2026.
